Definitions
Client: any professional or natural person capable within the meaning of Articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or legal person, who visits the Site subject to these general terms and conditions.

Whenever belrey.com processes Personal Data, belrey.com takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Data is accurate and relevant to the purposes for which belrey.com processes it.

7.4 Non-provision of personal data
belrey.com is prohibited from processing, hosting or transferring the Information collected about its Clients to a country located outside the European Union or recognized as “unsuitable” by the European Commission without first informing the customer. However, belrey.com remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors provided that they provide sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
belrey.com undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and in particular that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident impacting the integrity or confidentiality of the Client’s Information is brought to the attention of belrey.com, the latter must inform the Client as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken. In addition, belrey.com does not collect any “sensitive data”.
The User’s Personal Data may be processed by belrey.com subsidiaries and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively in order to achieve the purposes of this policy.
